Don't use the Point2 Agent typical title area anymore. When you want to use a title, simply put it in the content and assign the text either H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, or H6 formatting (in the format icon of the content editor where you see "Normal" as the item title with a drop down arrow).

Regular text in content - I have a script in the header template area that calls out for Comic Sans size 14 to be the default font, so you don't have to change any of the text you put in. Leave it unformatted and it will show up as Comic Sans once you save and preview. You can bold anything you want and/or use the Heading formatting above if you want.
